01 Power battery system
The power battery system adopts LFP cell, CTP structure form, safe and reliable, high energy density.
The modular design concept is used to set a power branch into a power unit, each power unit is independent of each other, and the number of power units can be increased or reduced according to the actual working conditions on the site to adjust the vehicle electricity.
Each power unit adopts an independent mechanical structure, which facilitates the overall assembly and disassembly, improves the disassembly efficiency, and improves the maintainability of the battery system.
At present, the power battery system discharge capacity exceeds 5 million kWh, and the system runs stably and reliably.
Grand Times (HATL) is about to launch a higher voltage platform power battery system to match mining dump trucks with a load capacity of more than 220 tons, the battery system does not require high power DC/DC lift voltage, the system is more efficient, while reducing costs and improving reliability.
In addition, for the specific underground working conditions, an integrated power battery system scheme will be introduced to meet the various replenishment needs of underground pure electric equipment.
02 Electric drive system
The electric drive system adopts 1000V high voltage platform, direct motor drive mode, independent water-cooled main and auxiliary converter scheme, battery bus direct steering and lifting control module, which effectively reduces the weight and volume of the system, improves the electric braking efficiency, reduces the weight of the cable, and then improves the vehicle operation efficiency.
The input design with wide voltage fluctuation range ADAPTS to the dynamic power regulation strategy of the power battery system and optimizes the energy utilization.

03 Low voltage control system
The distributed programmable domain control technology is adopted to replace the traditional centralized low-voltage distribution architecture, optimize the distribution structure, and reduce the low-voltage wiring harness.
In addition, it can directly drive high-power components without relay transition; All output channels can be programmed to set the control logic and protection current, which can monitor the load status and current of all output channels in real time; With output overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, overtemperature protection and other functions.
Combined with the modification of vehicle performance, the vehicle control system architecture adapted to the development of HATL has the characteristics of high standardization, reliability and stability, and rich vehicle parameter control ports. It can realize the collection and remote transmission of vehicle running bus data, cooperate with the self-developed cloud intelligent fault diagnosis system, monitor and assist in analyzing the fault causes, and improve the troubleshooting efficiency. Through data accumulation and large model application, we will gradually realize the vehicle fault warning function.

04 Hydraulic system
Hydraulic pump variable frequency drive, high and low speed automatic switching, pressure, temperature and other parameters online and remote monitoring, new electronic control pressure and unloading;
On the basis of optimizing hydraulic braking, adding electric braking, the vehicle hydraulic system runs safer, quieter, more energy saving and more friendly.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a new emergency quick plug interface, equipped with an emergency power device to adapt to high cold and high altitude, and can also be quickly inserted tubing without borrowing vehicle power, remove materials, apply emergency steering and braking, and worry about emergency rescue.
Grand Times (HATL) will launch the product hydraulic system with electro-hydraulic ratio and load sensitive control, high pressure, large flow, long life, high efficiency and energy saving, no cooling. Using self-developed patented hydraulic drive-by-wire technology, human-driven and unmanned compatible, with hydraulic control, wire control dual-circuit braking function, improve system reliability.
05 Mechanical Structure
Based on the equipment layout of the frame of the original fuel vehicle, the load distribution trend of the frame was analyzed.
In design ▶The selected material is the same or similar to the frame material, and the new structural parts are analyzed and calculated according to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle, and the lightweight structure and modular integrated design are carried out on the premise of ensuring the structural strength and taking into account the convenience of maintenance.
